IIn addition, he brings extensive business strategy and leadership experience to the management team, including interim CEO assignments at Xyan.com and ServerVault and positions as Partner at Nathanson & Company, Vice President leading investment management and trading technology for State Street Global Advisors and Russian Linguist for the US Army Security Agency.

Neeraj Rajpal brings over 15 years of experience in large-scale project management, disaster recovery, IT infrastructure management and technology design, deployment and support to Cymtec System’s Advisory Board. Mr. Rajpal is currently the CIO of Morrison & Foerster LLP. With more than a thousand lawyers and almost three thousands total users in over twenty locations around the world, Morrison & Foerster offers clients comprehensive, global legal services in business and litigation.
Previously, Mr. Rajpal was CIO for Bryan Cave, LLP, supporting 1,600 users globally. In that role, he was responsible for developing and implementing the firm's strategic and tactical global IT initiatives, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning, infrastructure operations, help-desk, application support, data center operations and information security systems. Before joining Bryan Cave, Mr. Rajpal served Deutsche Bank as Director of Global IT Strategic Sourcing and Relationship Management. Previous experience included senior management positions at StockTalkLive.com, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP, and Aer Lingus.
