Rubin co-founded Cymtec Systems, co-formulating the Cymtec Systems' business concept and authoring the original business plan. Based in St. Louis, MO, Mr. Rubin is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the organization, with a particular focus on the Company's sales and distribution efforts. Prior to Cymtec Systems, he served as the Business Development Manager for a St. Louis-based telecommunications company, offering primary services including VoIP international long-distance. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.S.B.A. in Finance, and was awarded 1st Place in the Olin Cup Competition for Entrepreneurship.Michael L. Mester Chief Technology Officer Michael Mester co-formulated Cymtec Systems' business concept and has worked in the information technology industry for 15 years. Prior to joining Cymtec Systems, he held various technical positions within Anheuser-Busch, Cap Gemini, MicroAge, a Fortune 500 financial services company and an international VoIP company. During his career he has installed networks and security devices worldwide, provided network strategy, design, and consulting services to client companies, and developed TCP/IP and network connectivity standards. Mike holds a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification from Cisco Systems, the highest network engineering certification in the world, and at the time of award held by only 2,300 people in the United States and fewer than 5,000 people worldwide.Boris C. Kusmanoff Director of Sales Mr. Kusmanoff’s responsibilities at Cymtec Systems include aspects of both direct and channel sales. He has more than 14 years of experience in Information Technology and related disciplines. Prior to joining Cymtec, Mr. Kusmanoff was with Fishnet Security as District Manager responsible for sales, marketing and consulting activity. During his tenure Mr. Kusmanoff exceeded sales goals and maintained some of the Company’s highest profit margins. He founded and was President of Virtual Data Systems, Inc., a technology startup. Mr. Kusmanoff also was the youngest Vice President in the history of Midwest BankCentre, where he oversaw all IT, telecommunications and proof operations. Earlier in his career Mr. Kusmanoff held systems management and IT positions at technology and finance firms. He is completing his MBA at Webster University, and holds a BS in MIS from Southern Illinois University. Mr. Kusmanoff has obtained several technical certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, Citrix, Novell, Checkpoint, Nokia, and McAfee. |
