Your Security Obligations

Cymtec recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Cymtec’s services and Site(s) are not intended for children under the age of 18. Cymtec does not target its services or this Site to children under 18. Cymtec does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18.
California Privacy Rights
Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents who provide Personally Identifiable Information in obtaining products or services for certain uses are entitled to request and obtain from Cymtec once a calendar year information about the customer information Cymtec has shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the name and address of each with which customer information was shared in the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2013 will receive information regarding 2012 sharing activities).
To obtain this information, please send an email message to email@example.com with "Request for California Privacy Information" on the subject line and in the body of your message. We will provide the information responsive to your request, to the extent required by law. Not all information sharing falls within the "Shine the Light" requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.
